Welcome to Muslim Daily, a mobile application operated by Taqwa Lab. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Muslim Daily application, including all related content, features, and services.
By downloading, installing, registering with, or using Muslim Daily, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and User Responsibility
Muslim Daily is intended for individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in their country of residence.
- Users under eighteen (18) must use the Service with parent or guardian consent.
- You represent that information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Account Registration and Profile
Certain features require registration. You may sign in with Google Sign-In or Apple ID Sign-In and authorize access to basic profile details permitted by those services.
- You may personalize your profile name and image.
- You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or inappropriate.
- We may remove violating content or suspend violating accounts.
3. Description of Services
Muslim Daily is an Islamic lifestyle and worship companion app supporting daily religious practices.
Core features include:
- Prayer time calculation and prayer alerts (including Azan notifications)
- Prayer tracking for personal consistency and reflection
- Holy Quran reading and audio recitation listening
- Dua browsing, search, and favorites
- Islamic (Hijri) calendar and major Islamic event markers
- Qiblah finder and digital Tasbih counter
- Nearby mosque search via map services
- Islamic stories, reminders, and educational media
Features and content may evolve or change at our discretion.
4. License and Permitted Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Taqwa Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Muslim Daily for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Resell or commercially exploit any Service content
Unauthorized use automatically terminates this license.
5. Religious Content Disclaimer
Muslim Daily supports worship and education. Practices may vary by region, school of thought, and local conventions.
- Prayer times may vary by selected calculation method.
- Qiblah direction depends on device sensors and geographic data.
- Islamic calendar dates and events may differ based on moon sightings.
6. Location Services
Certain features (prayer times, Qiblah, and nearby mosque search) require device location access. Accuracy depends on GPS, calibration, internet connectivity, and third-party providers.
Taqwa Lab is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from these dependencies.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials in Muslim Daily, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, recitations, stories, graphics, and databases, are owned by Taqwa Lab or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute App materials without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party providers, including Google and Apple authentication, mapping providers, and audio streaming infrastructure.
Use of such providers may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Taqwa Lab is not responsible for third-party availability, data handling, or disruptions.
9. Privacy
Your use of Muslim Daily is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded.
While we use reasonable security measures, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any aspect of Muslim Daily at any time, including content, features, or technical requirements, without prior notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Muslim Daily is provided to assist daily religious practice. We strive for reliability and accuracy but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy at all times due to technical or external factors.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taqwa Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Missed prayer notifications
- Prayer time variations
- Temporary interruptions
- Device-related malfunctions
- Loss of saved preferences or data
We remain committed to improving service reliability, accuracy, and performance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or unlawful/abusive activity is detected. You may stop using the App at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in that territory.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Muslim Daily after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
